Fortunately, our team of Account Managers have a vast range of experience when it comes to fitness facilities, from high-performance athletic suites, through to fully inclusive gym offerings for exercisers of all age and abilities.

Gym design advice and inspiration

We can create separate zones within your facility, including strength, cardio, and functional areas, whilst recommending where each piece of equipment can work best. We bear in mind the member journey, popular training regimes, and equipment storage, to ensure a smooth member and trainer experience whilst utilising the space available.

We work closely to create 2D and 3D layout ideas and will even include flooring and artwork inspiration to reflect your brand and vision. This helps you to be fully informed before placing your equipment order. Additionally, it helps to inform staff and trainers of the new layout so they can work on small group training programming or PT spaces so you can hit the ground running once the install is complete.

Support from order to installation

As we have dedicated, knowledgeable account managers throughout the UK, you can be sure that you will be able to develop a great relationship with your account manager. They will keep you updated on the status of your order and let you know of any changes. They are also normally on site on large installation days to ensure everything runs smoothly, is in the right place, and is working well, and to give you a helping hand.

But the partnership doesn’t stop there. After install, your account manager will ensure everything is still running smoothly and your trainers and members are enjoying their new gym set up and making the most of their exercise time. Our customer support team are also on hand if you need any guidance on how certain pieces of equipment work or if you have any further questions after install day.

Your account manager will also drop in to see how you are getting on throughout the year, ask if there is anything else you need, and to update you on any new pieces of equipment we have in the pipeline that may be of interest to you and your members.


Life Fitness Academy ensures your trainers know and love our products and can fully utilise them

Life Fitness Academy – often referred to as LFA – is the education division of Life Fitness. It provides cutting edge, engaging education programmes to train the trainer on key Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, and ICG equipment.

Investing in product and programming education can help improve your member retention rate, as challenging but accessible workouts keep them engaged. Having knowledgeable trainers and staff is also key to identifying where a member may need support or guidance and being able to confidently deliver product information in a way that is easy to understand.

For too long, gym owners, managers, and trainers have left exercise newbies alone on the gym floor, uncertain of how to use products and how to safely set up their work stations. It’s a key factor which deters people from using the gym. LFA will not only equip your staff with the skills and knowledge they need to use Life Fitness equipment – our Master Trainers can also help advise your trainers on how to approach, engage with, and support all your members in the gym.
