This concept was developed especially for enclosed spaces such as basements or hobby rooms with a minimum size of 40m2. The aim of the concept is to create a home gym that offers a variety of training options for all users within the family - regardless of age, experience or current training level.
Therefore in the strength training area, classic single stations for guided strength training, a station for functional training, as well as free weights and a half rack for Olympic weightlifting for advanced exercisers have been included. In the cardio training area, there is a selection of different machines for endurance and interval training, including machines that are particularly easy on the joints.
