A multi-faceted boutique club

In 2014 the doors of True Health Club (formerly City Gym) opened in the heart of Den Bosch, and in 2021, the facility became the first club in Benelux to have an Official Hammer Strength Box. The club consists of multiple zones that work together for a well-balanced workout: from personal training to group exercise,  HIIT workouts using the Hammer Strength Box to yoga and pilates. For this installation, an old yoga studio (170m2) was converted into half of the Hammer Strength Box.

New target market and building a community

True Health Club was looking for new opportunities to future proof themselves, and create a stronger position in the market. With the Hammer Strength Box, they responded to developments and trends in the fitness industry to appeal to a new, younger target group. In addition to this, they wanted to build a community for their members. The training programs are aimed at a range of target customers, meaning a wide range of exercisers can benefit and tailor their workout based on their fitness levels.

Customer experience

The Official Hammer Strength Box is more than just equipment. It is designed to create an unforgettable training experience. Using sound and lighting effects, the Box even resembles a nightclub according to the owners; a nightclub where you can train optimally. That atmosphere is part of the customer experience, especially for younger target groups for whom this is becoming increasingly important.
